Here at Barefoot Buffalo we strive to live a Paleo Lifestyle. We eat only what our ancestors ate, and we try to utilize our bodies the way that they did. On top of all of that, we strongly believe in Personal Legends. We believe that in each of us is a path that we were destined to follow and the universe, and all that’s in it, will do whatever it can to push us in that direction. Picture this. 250 lbs. Lazy. Sitting behind a computer all day doing nothing, then sitting in front of a computer all night watching videos online. That was me in the summer of 2010. I needed to make a change. I needed to be healthy. Sure, I had heard of the Paelo diet and MovNat, but I never really took any of that seriously. When I did start eating and moving better the results were quick and the gratification instantaneous. In the first month I dropped 17.5lbs! So, now it is your turn. I’m here to help you out.
